Kettlebell Deck of Cards

Hearts= kettlebell snatches

Diamonds= kettlebell push press

Spades= Split squat

Clubs= one arm row

Jokers=12 burpees
Aces=12 reps
Face cards=10 reps

Split the reps up with each side

Did 20 minutes.
