10 Sets of 10 with a Heavy Weight

Use a heavy bell and good form
  • 5/5 kettlebell swings
  • 5/5 push presses
  • 5/5 front squats
  • 10 walkouts
  • 5/5 kettlebell snatches
Had an early meeting and only had time for three sets. Took about 18 minutes.
