15 sec work / 15 sec rest on the Gym Boss
  • Jumping pullups / Dumbbell Thrusters
  • Kettlebell swings / Burpees
  • Kettlebell Highpull / Mountain Climbers

Alternate between the two movements for 6 rounds.
